On June 30 st 2015, (a) 48,017 shares and (b) 493,036 shares, representing a total of 541,053 voting rights, were registered respectively (a) under the liquidity contract and (b) under the partial execution of the share buyback program both assigned to the brokerage Oddo Corporate Finance.
